Keychain (SolidWorks Part, Assembly and Drawing) + Machining

  • Designed all custom components using part-level CAD and assembly modeling in SolidWorks.
  • Developed five fully detailed engineering drawings from the CAD models, applying GD&T guidelines.
  • Machined custom parts from raw stock using manual milling, bandsaw cutting, and additional workshop equipment.
  • Verified part fit and assembly function using pre-manufactured hardware (gear, fasteners, keyring).
  • Iterated minor features as needed to achieve proper alignment, motion, and overall finish.
