SpikeLift Arena
- Collaborated in a team of five to design and build an interactive mechanical arena with omnidirectional tilt and spike ejection.
- Designed and prototyped mechanical linkages and syringe-based hydraulic systems converting player input into motion.
- Developed and iterated CAD models in SolidWorks, implemented rapid prototyping and design sprints.
- Fabricated components using a mix of 3D printing (PETG) and machining, alongside a custom-built hardwood base.
- Integrated mechanical, hydraulic, and structural elements into a cohesive, functional system.
- Documented the full design and testing process in a 20-page technical report and presented the final build in a public design showcase.
